Whoopi Goldberg amazing people of ‘The View’ when the co-host leave the stage during a live show this week, started by the controversy involving singer Miranda Lambert who finished one of her recent concerts to scold music fans for taking selfies during the show.
Of course, Whoopi Goldberg bail out as a joke and wasn’t actually quitting the show, despite the hope of many critics.
Videos of Whoopi Goldberg bail out ‘The View’ definitely took the Internet by trouble as the co-hosts talk over the situation with Miranda Lambert and it all had many critics confidence for a subtle moment or three.
For background, Miranda Lambert was in the discussion limelight after stopping her show just to yell at some fans who wanted selfies of their concert event.
Tickets for Miranda Lambert were probably more than just a few bucks and it’s not unusual for critics to take picture at concerts to share on social media or keep for remembrance.
The co-hosts of ‘The View’ were talk about the situation with Miranda Lambert and if she should have quit the show to yell at critics, or if people should be taking selfies at event, etc. It was a disordered mess that got Whoopi to stand up and walk towards the people and say “I’m leaving y’all.
”It was co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin who make an effort appealing to both sides of the argument when it came to discuss Miranda Lambert’s controversial state.
Griffin suggested that Lambert shouldn’t be calling out anyone who paid high money to come see her in concert, as it’s shameful to fans – especially if they’re just taking photos and not causing trouble for other fans. This is where Whoopi Goldberg chimes in, suggesting the fans are impolite for taking selfies.
Whoopi said: “They paid money for the tickets, they came to see her, so she’s singing. [Give] at least a contempt… appreciate that you can see her [and] she can see you too.”
Another host, Sara Haines, pointed out that the fans who were criticized by Miranda Lambert were sitting fairly close to the stage when the selfie incident happened, but did that mean the star singer should be shout at them and stopping the show and causing a scene? That’s up for discussion and Sunny Hostin implied that Miranda Lambert is in the wrong, according to an article on Page Six who covered the Whoopi Goldberg drop out.
Page Six recite the Sunny Hostin who suggested the price of the VIP tickets at the location where the Miranda Lambert selfie anger took place.
“The costly tickets in the VIP sector that they were in are $757. I’m gonna take as many selfies as I want if I paid $757, I’m sorry, just me.
” That sounds a bit much and in protection of the selfie-takers, if I paid that much for any concert, then you’d better be darn sure I’d have a some photos of the event. For that price, I’d be taking as many photos as I want and no Miranda Lambert will be scolding me, that’s for no doubt
